What is 'The Wellbeing Club’? |
| |
The Wellbeing Club is the CRS Health ™ Rewards Programme, which enables you to earn “Wellbeing Points” on purchases from CRS Health ™ stores.
The Wellbeing Points can be redeemed for a wide range of products at CRS Health stores! What’s more, they also earn you special benefits & privileges at Health Resorts, Health Clubs, Spas, Ayurvedic Centres along with Free Health Check-Ups and many other exclusive facilities.

Who can join The Wellbeing club? |

Anyone above 18 years of age is welcome to enroll. |

How much is the membership fee? |
| |
Absolutely nothing. There is no membership fee. All you need to do is, purchase products worth Rs. 400/-* to be eligible for the membership. |

What is the procedure of joining? |
| |
Just fill up an enrolment form available at CRS Health stores and you will be provided with a Membership Card. Please complete the form for all details. |

Who can use the membership card? |
| |
A Single card is issued to your family and is valid across all the CRS Health stores. Any member of your family can show the card to earn points.
However, to redeem points, the member who signed the enrolment form will have to come in person. |

How does one earn Points? |
| |
You earn points on all purchases @ One Point for every Rs. 800 spent. And that’s not all…you also get BONUS POINTS! On every 20 such points earned in 6 months, You get 5 BONUS points. |

When can one redeem points? |
| |
You may start redeeming points after accumulating a minimum of 10 points (i.e. after purchasing products worth Rs 8,000) within a period of six months.
You can redeem your points immediately after earning them or accumulate them for future redemption.
Points are always redeemed in multiples of 10, directly for products or as part payment.
To redeem points, the member who signed the enrolment form will have to come in person.

What is the life of one point? |
| |
Each point has a life of 1 year from the day it is earned. |

What is the value of a point? |
| |
Each point is worth Rs. 20/-* |

What is the validity of the card? |
| |
LIFE-LONG...The Wellbeing membership card is a life-long card and will be automatically renewed every two years if the renewal criterion as laid down by the program is met. The renewal criterion is currently fixed at minimum 2 point in 12 months.*

How do I check my point’s status? |
| |
You can check your point’s status at www.crshealth.com, or at any participating CRS Health Store. Alternatively, Points statement will be e-mailed / mailed to you on request.
